Xena can reschedule existing meetings on your calendar as easily as they were created.

For meetings you own:

Provide Xena with at least one of the following details about the event you'd like to adjust:

  • Title

  • Date and time

  • Attendee email address or Slack tag

🧪 Try it out: Say something like "Xena, move my meeting with @Leo Chen next week"

Xena will:

  • Search for the appropriate meeting

  • Present you with options

  • Confirm the action

  • Send email notifications to attendees upon request

Slack request to Xena to reschedule a meeting. Xena responds with a list of meetings and then reschedules.

For meetings you don’t own:

When you ask Xena to reschedule a meeting you don’t own, Xena will reply with three options:

  • Decline the meeting

  • Send the organizer proposed new meeting times in an email (based on when the greatest number of attendees are free)

  • Both of the above

Slack request to Xena to reschedule a meeting. Xena responds with options to decline the meeting, email the organizer with alternate times, or do both.

Emails to the organizer will be sent from a Xembly domain on your behalf, and you will be CC’d.
