Xena can easily accept and decline any event invitation you've received via Google Calendar.

To accept a meeting using Xena:

Say something like, “Accept 'Catch up' today at 4:30 PM.” Once Xena provides relevant meeting titles, confirm your choice by providing the number that matches the invitation you'd like to accept.

A user messages Xena in Slack saying, "Accept "Catch up" today at 4:30 PM. The request has a green check mark emoji. The Xena by Xembly app replied, "I found 1 event with a similar name: 1. Catch up (tuesday, jan 9). Is one of these the meeting you wish to accept? Please provide the number of the meeting you'd like to select." The user replies, "1" and Xena replies, "I have accepted the "Catch up" meeting for you. If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask."

Pro tip: For best results, include multiple ways of identifying your event, such as a title and date/time.

To decline a meeting using Xena:

Say something like “Decline 'Ryan <> Maisie' at 9:00 AM tomorrow." When Xena provides options, confirm your choice by replying with the appropriate number and Xena will automatically decline the invitation.

Watch out: Xena can’t proactively decline meetings for you while you’re OOO (yet). If new meetings appear on your calendar, you will need to make another request to decline them.
