Looking to add additional guests to a meeting that's already on your schedule?
Just ask Xena to add your attendee by tagging them in your message and including the exact meeting title. Say something like “Add @Jason Flaks to the Ops/Eng Check-In on Friday.” Xena will add your guest to the meeting invite and send them a notification via email.
📧 Is your guest outside of your organization? No problem, just provide Xena with their email address rather than tagging them in Slack.
Xena can also cancel or reschedule existing meetings on your behalf.
