If you are a Xembly Enterprise admin, you can configure your entire organization's video and transcript retention settings. Once enabled, these captures will be deleted automatically after the timeframe of your choice.
To enable the company-wide data retention policy:
Open the Admin Panel at http://admin.xembly.com/.

(depending on your preference).Click the drop-down menu to the right of
Delete after
and select the time range after which you'd like the records deleted.
The automatic Summary deletion settings will now be locked in the Xembly Extensions of all users at your organization.
