If you are a Xembly Enterprise Admin, consider enabling an audio message to play at the start of all meetings to notify participants that the meeting is being recorded.

To enable the audio recording alert in Zoom and GMeet:

Open the Admin Panel at <a href="http://admin.xembly.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://admin.xembly.com/</a>

1. Note: You must be an Administrator on your Xembly account. Not sure who your administrator is? Please reach out to your Customer Success representative or drop us a line at help AT xembly DOT com.

Locate the card titled <code>Bot Controls</code>

Toggle ON <code>Play Recording Notification</code>

Choose <code>Full Notification</code> (about 9 seconds long) or <code>Abbreviated Notification</code> (about 2.5 seconds long) from the drop-down menu

2. Click <code>Settings</code>
3. Locate the card titled <code>Bot Controls</code>
4. Toggle ON <code>Play Recording Notification</code>
5. Choose <code>Full Notification</code> (about 9 seconds long) or <code>Abbreviated Notification</code> (about 2.5 seconds long) from the drop-down menu

🛎️ Reminder: Changes made in the Admin Dashboard will be implemented for your entire organization, not just your account.
