If you are a Xembly Enterprise Admin, consider enabling an audio message to play at the start of all meetings to notify participants that the meeting is being recorded.
To enable the audio recording alert in Zoom and GMeet:
Open the Admin Panel at http://admin.xembly.com/

Click
Settings
Locate the card titled
Bot Controls
Toggle ON
Play Recording Notification
Choose
Full Notification
(about 9 seconds long) orAbbreviated Notification
(about 2.5 seconds long) from the drop-down menu
