Xembly

Users with access to the Admin Dashboard can turn on/off and customize the recording disclaimer that appears on meeting invites. You can also modify the greeting portion of the "Xena Leave" message — the message Xena sends in the chatbox of your meeting shortly after joining.

To edit or turn on/off Xena's recording disclaimers:

Open the Admin Panel at <a href="http://admin.xembly.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://admin.xembly.com/</a>

1. Note: You must be an Administrator on your Xembly account. Not sure who your administrator is? Please reach out to your Customer Success representative or drop us a line at help AT xembly DOT com.

Locate the card titled <code>Bot Controls</code>

- Make changes to the default chat text under <code>Enable Chat Notification</code> and <code>Enable Event Description</code>

- Toggle off <code>Enable Chat Notification</code> or <code>Enable Event Description Disclaimer</code> according to your preference

- Open the Admin Panel at <a href="http://admin.xembly.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://admin.xembly.com/</a>

- Click <code>Settings</code>
- Locate the card titled <code>Bot Controls</code>
- To edit either message
 - Make changes to the default chat text under <code>Enable Chat Notification</code> and <code>Enable Event Description</code>
- To disable either message
 - Toggle off <code>Enable Chat Notification</code> or <code>Enable Event Description Disclaimer</code> according to your preference

Reminder: Changes made anywhere in the Admin Dash affect all users in your organization.

Watch out: The portion of the default "Xena Leave" message that provides instructions on using the Leave command cannot be changed.
