Users with access to the Admin Dashboard can turn on/off and customize the recording disclaimer that appears on meeting invites. You can also modify the greeting portion of the "Xena Leave" message — the message Xena sends in the chatbox of your meeting shortly after joining.
To edit or turn on/off Xena's recording disclaimers:
Open the Admin Panel at http://admin.xembly.com/
Note: You must be an Administrator on your Xembly account. Not sure who your administrator is? Please reach out to your Customer Success representative or drop us a line at help AT xembly DOT com.
Click
Settings
Locate the card titled
Bot Controls
To edit either message
Make changes to the default chat text under
Enable Chat Notification
andEnable Event Description
To disable either message
Toggle off
Enable Chat Notification
orEnable Event Description Disclaimer
according to your preference
Reminder: Changes made anywhere in the Admin Dash affect all users in your organization.
Watch out: The portion of the default "Xena Leave" message that provides instructions on using the Leave command cannot be changed.
