Xembly's goal is to provide a smooth scheduling experience for all of your meetings, even when Xena can't see everyone's calendar.

Schedule meetings with attendees outside your organization through the Slack App. If Xena can't access their availability, you'll get the option to automatically send your guest(s) a link to a rescheduling portal.

Scheduling in Slack with External Attendees

Message Xena in Slack with your meeting request, including your attendee's email and any other preferences, such as timeframe, notetaking, or the meeting title you’d like Xena to include.

Start with a prompt like:

“Please schedule a 45-minute meeting with [email protected] next week.”

“Schedule an Intro Call with [email protected] on Tuesday or Wednesday.”

“Hey Xena, please schedule a call with [email protected] this week. Title it “Catch Up” and take notes.”

Close the loop with your attendee(s):

Once Xena has scheduled a meeting with an external attendee, Xena will ask if you'd like to send your guest(s) options for rescheduling.

Simply reply in the thread with something like, "Yes, please send an email."

Xena will send a quick note to your attendee(s) with a link to a portal where they can review your availability and change the meeting time.
