At this time, Xena can only honor preferences and customizations listed in Settings.

In this panel, housed behind the gear icon in the Web App and Extension ⚙️, you can set preferences including the default visibility, busy status, color, and emoji Xena will attach to your calendar items. You can also customize Xena's voice, set a preferred video conferencing provider, and adjust your working hours.

That said, Xena can't track preferences that are not listed in Settings on an ongoing basis. For example, requesting that Xena adjust your default meeting title or address you by a name not associated with your Xembly account is not yet supported.

To submit a feature request, DM Xena something like, "I have a message for your team," or drop us a line at help AT xembly DOT com. We'll get it logged right away — and might already have it on our list.
