How do I update my working hours?

You can update your working hours in the Settings of your Xembly Web App or Extension.

Web App (desktop):

  • Open the Xembly Web App

  • Click the gear icon on the left side of the homepage to open 'Settings' ⚙️

  • Select Preferences

  • Make modifications under “Work Hours” as necessary

Web App (mobile):

  • Open the mobile Web App

  • Click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner to expand the menu

  • Click 'Settings'

  • Select Preferences

  • Make modifications under “Work Hours” as necessary

Extension:

  • Open the Xembly Extension in your GCal

  • Click the gear icon to open 'Settings' ⚙️

  • Select Preferences

  • Make modifications under Work Hours as necessary

Heads up: At this time, it is not possible for Xena to ignore your working hours when scheduling.
