There are many ways to tailor Xembly to your personal workflow and preferences. This article focuses on three high-level, widely requested customizations:
Make reminders and Block Times appear as "free" so they don’t block your calendar availability
Determine whether your events are displayed as public or private when viewed by other people
Adjust the default colors and emojis for all event types
To designate reminders and Block Times as free v. busy:

GCal Info: When your calendar is viewed by other people, “private” items will appear with the word “busy” instead of with the event title, and details will be hidden.
