When you ask Xena to reschedule a meeting you don’t own, Xena will reply with three options:

Send the organizer proposed new meeting times in an email (based on when the greatest number of attendees are free)

- Decline the meeting
- Send the organizer proposed new meeting times in an email (based on when the greatest number of attendees are free)
- Both of the above.

Emails to the organizer will be sent from a Xembly domain on your behalf, and you will be CC’d.
