Summaries can be turned off using the same methods as turning Summary on.

Ask Xena

Turn off Meeting Summaries through a conversational request to Xena in Slack, or the Xena Chat option in the Xembly Web App or Extension.

To ensure that Xena understands your request clearly, please specify the name of the meeting and the date or guest(s).

The screenshot below shows an example of a conversational request that specifies the meeting name as "Operations Sync" and provides a date and attendee.

Web App

  1. Open the Xembly Web App

  2. Locate the upcoming meeting in your calendar and click on it

  3. Make sure that Get meeting Summary is toggled off.

Google Calendar

Summaries can be turned off for specific meetings under the "Xembly options" in the Google Calendar event screen.

  1. Open or begin scheduling an event in Google Calendar

  2. Click Xembly options to expand the menu

  3. Toggle off Get Meeting Summary

Extension

  1. Open your Google Calendar and click any meeting. The Xembly Extension should pop open automatically.

  2. Under the Info tab, locate the section for Meeting Settings

  3. Toggle off Get Meeting Summary
