How do I know when my Meeting Summary is ready?

Meeting Summaries are typically ready within 0-2 hours of the meeting end time.

Looking for your meeting Summary?

  • Summary processing time depends on overall meeting length, as well as the downstream processing and encoding time from your video conferencing provider (typically 0-2 hours depending on meeting length).

  • Once Xena has all the meeting artifacts, Summaries are processed very quickly.

  • You can access your completed Summary in these places:

    • In your Xembly Web App, you can find Summaries through your Feed or the Summaries tab

    • In your Xembly Extension, you can access Summaries through your Feed.

    • In your Google Calendar, clicking on an event will pull up the Summary for that meeting in your Xembly Extension.

  • Additionally, Xena will send you a message in Slack when your Summary is ready.

Pro Tip: Turn on Summary for meetings you did not organize, and they will be delivered to you as described above.
