Xembly’s Summary model scores Action Items based on accuracy, which helps the notetaker capture the best tasks for you and your team. Low-ranked Action Items, including potential duplicates ("Dupes") will be hidden in your completed Summary.

By default, you will only see the low-ranked Action Items if you choose to edit the Meeting Summary. When you share the Summary, they will not be visible to recipients without edit access.

If you choose to edit your Summary, you can expose the low-ranked Action Items and keep the ones you like. Any Action Items you decide to keep will be visible to everyone with access to the Summary.

This is an image of Action Items from a Xembly meeting Summary. It shows three action items, one is from the excluded list and shows a confidence score of "high."

🧠 Nice to know: Low-ranked Action Items have a confidence score meter based on formatting and grammar. Use this score when editing to help you identify potentially valid Action Items more quickly.
