When Xena creates a task for you, it will appear on your Task List until it is <a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8022872-how-to-action-complete-modify-tasks">marked as complete</a>. However, a <a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8022817-what-is-the-difference-between-reminder-block-time">reminder and/or Block Time</a> for that task will not appear on your calendar unless you ask Xena to create one.

<b>If the task is not marked as "Done" by the end of the day, the reminder or Block Time attached to it will continue to move forward to the next available slot. </b>

If you ask Xena to remove a reminder or Block Time, it will not move forward on your calendar. However, the associated task will remain on your Task List until you mark it as complete. 

If you would like a reminder/Block Time to not automatically move forward on your calendar, you can <a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8022822-how-to-turn-auto-move-functionality-on-off-for-tasks">turn off Auto-Move</a> for that task within the Xembly Web App or Extension. 

Xena automatically moves reminders and Block Times forward for any tasks you haven’t completed at the end of the day.
