Xembly

Once you have <a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8215898-how-do-i-set-a-preferred-conferencing-provider">configured your preferred video conferencing provider to Zoom</a>, you can add your personal meeting ID (PMI). You can find this URL in your Zoom profile settings (more details below). When you add your PMI to your Xembly account, Xena will automatically include it on all of your meeting invites.

1. Open your Zoom desktop client
2. Click "Meetings" on the top menu banner
3. Click "Show Meeting Invitation"
4. Copy the URL under "Join Zoom Meeting"

To add your Zoom PMI URL for video conferencing:

1. Visit <a href="https://web.xembly.com">web.xembly.com</a>
2. Navigate to your <code>Settings</code> by clicking on the gear icon on the left side of the homepage
3. Click <code>Account Configuration</code>
4. In the dropdown menu under <code>Video Conferencing</code>, select <code>Zoom</code>
   1. You should have already<a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8043980-where-do-i-connect-my-zoom-account"> connected to your Zoom account</a> and set Zoom as your preferred conferencing provider.
5. Copy and paste your personal meeting ID URL in the space provided, and hit "enter/return" on your keyboard to save the input.

1. Open a browser and visit <a href="https://web.xembly.com">web.xembly.com</a>
2. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen to open the menu
3. Click <code>⚙️ Settings</code>
4. Click <code>Account Configuration</code>
5. In the dropdown menu under <code>Video Conferencing</code>, select <code>Zoom</code>
   1. You should have already<a href="https://help.xembly.com/en/articles/8043980-where-do-i-connect-my-zoom-account"> connected to your Zoom account</a> and set Zoom as your preferred conferencing provider.
6. Copy and paste your personal meeting ID URL in the space provided, and hit “return" on your keyboard to save the input.

2. Navigate to your 'Settings' by clicking on the Gear icon ⚙️
3. Click on <code>Account Configuration</code>

4. Copy and paste your personal meeting ID URL in the space provided, and hit "enter/return" on your keyboard to save the input.
