Xena’s AI content generation can provide you with valuable creative assistance in areas including:

  • Pre-meeting support through agenda and email drafting

  • Content generation support and outline drafting

  • Summarization or rewriting of text for clarity

  • Providing information to assist you with initial research and brainstorming

  • …and more.

Workshop with Xena: Keep the conversation going in thread once Xena provides an initial reply. Try something like:

  • "Rewrite to be [shorter, longer, more casual, more formal, funnier, etc.]."

  • "Give me 5 other ideas."

  • "Remove #3 and give me 2 more options."

  • "Tell me more about #4."

Pre-Meeting Support

With Xembly’s Pre-Meeting Support, you can leverage Xena’s generative power to help prepare you for your next meeting by asking Xena to:

  • Draft emails

  • Create agendas

  • Summarize notes (including Xena-generated content) for call prep

Draft Emails

Simply ask Xena to draft an email with any information you’d like included.

These can be broad requests or specific, geared towards an end goal. Emails can be customized to include things like your personal meeting link.
