All items Xena makes for you are set to "busy" automatically.
This means that while you have a reminder, Block Time, meeting, or personal time scheduled, your calendar is blocked.
If you’d like Xena to default your Block Times as “free” rather than “busy,” you can do so via the Settings panel of your Xembly Web App or Extension. Check out this article for more details.
Blocks are automatically set to "Busy" to reserve time for your tasks, but you adjust this default in your Settings.
