Xena sets all reminders and Block Times to "Private" visibility automatically.
If you’d like to change the visibility settings for your reminders and Block Times, you can do so in the “Personalization” section of the Settings in your Xembly Web App or Extension.

When scheduling meetings, Xena uses whatever default visibility you've set in Google Calendar.
