Log in with the Xembly Web App

Once you’ve been approved for your Xembly account you can log into the Xembly Web App:

  1. Visit web.xembly.com/ on your preferred browser on any device.

  2. Click on Continue with Google.

  3. Sign in using your Google Workspace account (if you have more than one, make sure you use the account that you used to set up your Xembly account). If you are prompted to verify permissions, please be sure to check all the boxes on the screen.

You're all set! You can now use all of the Xembly Web App features on your desktop, mobile devices, or both.

Log in with the Xembly Extension

After you install Xembly (xembly.com/welcome if you need to reinstall), you should see the Xembly Extension on the right side of your screen when you visit calendar.google.com.

When you open the Xembly Extension, you may be prompted to sign in using your normal Google Workspace account (the same one you use for logging into Google Calendar). If you are prompted to verify permissions, please be sure to check all the boxes on the screen!

The screenshot below shows what your browser tab should look like when you visit calendar.google.com with the Xembly Extension logged in and active.

If you see an error message stating, "Onboarding not finished" after completing the onboarding process, please log out of your Xembly account and log back in at https://app.xembly.com/user/login to resolve the issue.
