Your Meeting Summaries can always be found inside the Xembly Web App and the Extension. There are a few ways to find the exact meeting you are looking for.

Finding Summaries in the Xembly Web App (desktop):

There are two places you can find Summaries in the desktop Web App.

  1. In your Feed

    1. Your latest meetings (and meetings recently shared with you) can be found in your Feed on the right side of the homepage. The most recent Summaries will be listed first.

    2. You can choose between Unread notifications or All to find the meeting you’re looking for.

  2. In the Summaries tab

    1. On the left side of the screen, you can access the Summaries tab.

    2. There, you will find a grid view of all your Summaries in chronological order. You can search for a meeting by title or keyword, or you can filter the results by dates and participants.

Finding Summaries in the Xembly Web App (mobile):

There are two places you can find Summaries in the mobile Web App.

    2. The most recent Summaries will be listed first. You can choose between Unread notifications or All to find the meeting you’re looking for.

  2. In the Summaries tab

    1. In the expanded menu, you can also access the Summaries tab.

    2. There, you will find a card view of all your Summaries in chronological order. You can search for a meeting by title or keyword.

Ask Xena for your Summary:

You can ask Xena to send you your Summary in Slack or the Xena chat feature in the Xembly Web App or Extension. Just say something like, "Send me the Summary for 'Team Sync'."

Make sure you confirm in the thread with Xena the meeting you'd like to view Summary for. If the Summary has been processed, Xena will send you a list of Action Items and a link to view the full Summary in the Xembly Web App.

Finding Summaries in the Xembly Extension:

Your latest meetings (and meetings that have been recently shared with you) can be found in your Xembly feed in the Xembly Extension.

Click on 🏠 Feed in the Xembly Extension and click on the All tab, as shown in the screenshot below. Your available Summaries will be listed with the most recent Summaries first.

Finding Summaries in your Google Calendar via the Extension:

If you are looking for an older meeting or a meeting with a specific name, you can also find Summaries by opening the event on your calendar.

  1. Visit calendar.google.com in your browser and find the event you're interested in.

  2. The Xembly Extension will show an active Summary tab if a Summary is available for the event. If not, the tab will be grayed out.

The screenshot below shows a calendar event with the Xembly Extension open and the Summary tab active. Click on the tab to review the Meeting Summary.
