How to set up your integration with Notion, what it does, and your configuration options

If you don’t see Notion — or any connector you're looking for — under Settings > Integrations, just ask: help AT xembly DOT com. We'll get you set up.

How to connect to Notion

Go directly to web.xembly.com/connections/notion and skip to Step 5 below. Or:

  1. Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon on the left side of the page

  2. Navigate to Integrations

  3. On the card for Notion, click Manage

  4. Click anywhere in the white box containing notion and [your email] to expand

  5. Click Connect and log into Notion

7. Select the Notion page to which you'd like your Summary sent

a. Note: In the basic recipe, Xembly will create notes, but not separate task

objects in the database.


What your Notion <> Xembly integration will do

If you've followed the steps above, your integration is now active with Notion and will automatically:

  • Create notes for you in Notion after each meeting

Task Configuration

  • By default, it looks for the following fields

  • But can be configured for each account
