Integrating Xembly with Asana

How to set up your integration with Asana what it does

If you don’t see Asana — or any connector you're looking for — under Settings > Integrations, just ask: help AT xembly DOT com. We'll get you set up.

How to connect to Asana

Go directly to web.xembly.com/connections/asana and skip to Step 5 below. Or:

  1. Visit web.xembly.com

  2. Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon on the left side of the page

  3. Navigate to Integrations

  4. On the card for Asana, click Manage

  5. Click anywhere in the white box containing asana and [your email] to expand

  6. Click Connect and follow the prompts to sign in

  7. Select your workspace

    1. Note: You may have to hit refresh if the fields don't immediately load

8. Enter the Asana Project ID where you want your tasks

What your Asana <> Xembly integration will do

If you've followed the steps above, your integration is now active with Asana and will automatically:

  • Add Action Items to the project you selected after each meeting

  • With dates and owners
