Add Xembly’s HubSpot integration to your Xembly Extension with the following steps:
Open the Xembly Extension via your Google Calendar
Navigate to your “Settings” by clicking on the Gear Icon ⚙️
Click on
Integrations
Hit
Connect
to the right of “Xembly to HubSpot”Login using your Google credentials
Click on the box that says “hubspot | [your email address]” to reveal the “advanced settings”
Type in and select each of these seven scopes (they should auto-populate as you type):
Crm.objects.companies.read
Crm.objects.companies.write
Crm.objects.contacts.write
Crm.objects.deals.read
Crm.objects.deals.write
Crm.objects.owners.read
Crm.schemas.custom.read
Hit the
Connect
button on the bottom left of the screen
Your baseline HubSpot integration will now be active and will automatically sync your post-meeting Summary as follows:
Verify that the meeting relates to a HubSpot account based on the attendee(s) email address
Search for the meeting in HubSpot:
If it is already in HubSpot it will update the meeting event with notes and action items
If it is not already in HubSpot it will create the meeting event with notes and action items
Mark the meeting status as “complete”
