How to turn Summary on by default

Ping Xena or visit your Settings in the Xembly Web App or Extension.

Turn Summary on by default via the Xembly Web App (desktop):

  • Visit the Xembly Web App

  • Click the gear icon on the left side of the screen to open 'Settings' ⚙️

  • Select Preferences

  • Scroll down to the Summary section

  • Toggle on Default Summary Settings

  • Choose to enable Summary for All Meetings or just My Meetings using the dropdown menu.

Turn Summary on by default via the Xembly Web App (mobile):

  • Visit the mobile Web App

  • Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen to open the menu

  • Click ⚙️ 'Settings'

  • Select Preferences

  • Scroll down to the Summary section

  • Toggle on Default Summary Settings

  • Choose to enable Summary for All Meetings or just My Meetings using the dropdown menu.

Turn Summary on by default via the Xembly Extension:

  • Visit calendar.google.com and open the Xembly Extension

  • Click the gear icon to open 'Settings' ⚙️

  • Select Preferences

  • Scroll down to the Summary section

  • Toggle Default Summary Settings to on

  • Choose to enable Summary for All Meetings or just My Meetings using the dropdown menu

Ask Xena to turn on Summary by default for your meetings:

Say something like:

  • “Turn on Summaries for my meetings"

  • “Turn on Global Summary”

  • “Turn on Summary by default for all meetings.”
