Agenda Wizard is Xembly's generative AI feature that allows any user to generate a meeting agenda from a basic prompt. Agendas are created in your chat with Xena in the Xembly Web App, using the Extension, or with Xena in Slack, and they can be refined via feedback to Xena.

Draft an agenda from Slack

  1. Simply ask Xena to draft an agenda for your [Meeting]

  2. You can iterate on the agenda by providing Xena with feedback on what to include and what to remove or modify.

Draft an agenda from the Xembly Web App

Using the chat with Xena function in the Web App, you can ask Xena to draft an agenda for your meeting. You can iterate on the agenda by providing Xena with feedback on what to include and what to remove or modify, just as you would in Slack.

Draft an agenda from the Xembly Extension

  1. Click on an event you own on your calendar.

  2. In the Xembly Extension, click Add Agenda in the Goal section.

  3. Provide a one-sentence summary of the goal (e.g. “The goal of this meeting is to align on December priorities.”).

  4. Click Generate Agenda Items.

  5. Modify the agenda items manually or click Try again if you would like Xembly AI to generate another set of agenda Items.

  6. You can modify the text of the agenda items, add topic owners, rearrange the order of the items, or delete items as needed.

  7. Click Save when you are satisfied with the agenda.
